Specialist areas include acquisition valuations, Crown compensation assessments, rental valuations and dispute resolution.
	Lex Hayward Dip VFM, FNZIV, FNZPI, AAMINZ Alexander Hayward Ltd, Blenheim Lex has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial, industrial, tourist accommodation and viticulture sectors. He specialises in the appraisal of unique property types such as fractional interests, going concerns, aquaculture farms, transmitter sites, infrastructural assets and Marlborough Sounds’ properties. In addition, Lex is a member of the Land Valuation Tribunal, appointed by the Minister of Justice.
	Tim Dick B Com (VPM), FNZIV, FPINZ Macpherson Valuation Ltd, Dunedin Tim has extensive experience in all aspects of urban valuation, including residential work. He now specialises in commercial and industrial appraisals of property, including rental assessments, current market and insurance valuations, and specialist property valuations.
	Peter Jenks Val Prof Urban, FNZIV, FPINZ Jenks Valuation Ltd, Rotorua Peter has wide experience in all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential valuations. Specialist areas include motel valuations, tourism related properties and insurance valuations. Peter also has extensive arbitration experience.
	William (Paul) Harvey BBS MPINZ ANZIV AREINZ Williams' Harvey Registered Valuers, Hastings Paul is Urban qualified and specialises in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. After graduating from Massey University in 1989 with a BBS majoring in Valuation and Property Management, Paul's career has been diverse giving him an extremely broad knowledge of the property industry in New Zealand. Starting as a Property Manager at New Zealand Rail in 1990 he was promoted to being one of their youngest Area Managers until he left for his OE in 1994. On his return Paul joined his father in the old family business where he sold residential/commercial real estate for 3½ years. After completing his Valuation Registration in 2001, Paul then became the General Manager for Harvey's Real Estate, Hawkes Bay, in 2002 where he managed four business branches with over 50 staff until he left in 2006 to set up Williams' Harvey. Paul is the great grandson of the original firm's founder and is the owner and director of Williams' Harvey.
	Peter Wright Dip VFM, ANZIV, SPINZ Lewis Wright Valuation & Consultancy Limited, Gisborne Peter has experience in rural and residential valuations. He specialises in pastoral, forestry land, horticultural and Maori land valuations. He undertakes residential valuations in Gisborne and on the East Coast. In addition he is a director of a Gisborne based horticultural company and a member of the Land Valuation Tribunal.
