Che is a Registered Valuer with over 10 years’ experience in valuing a wide range of property including residential, lifestyle and light commercial valuations for both public and private sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Business degree (BBS) from Massey University (2009), with a double major in Valuation and Property Management and Marketing.
Che is also a director of Lewis Wright Valuation and Consultancy Limited, Gisborne and local branch chair of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) and the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (NZIV).
In his spare time, he enjoys family and surfing world renowned breaks in Gisborne.

Rural properties and their valuation and management are Dick's speciality. He has considerable experience in litigation work and has appeared as an expert witness in the High Court, District Court, Environment Court and in planning hearings. Dick also has extensive expertise in the area of compensation. He has held positions in the Nelson/Marlborough branch of the Institute of Valuers. Dick and his family live on a small rural holding near Richmond.

Jo has a background in the Marketing and PR with her first job with Raitt Orr in London. Since moving to New Zealand she has worked for Heinz Watties, PDL Electronics and then as Marketing Manager for Sacred Hill Winery.
When her husband Paul set up Williams' Harvey Jo joined the team in a marketing role but has since put in many of the systems with a focus on working smarter not harder.
Jo is married to Paul Harvey who is the great grandson of the original firm's founder and is the owner and director of Williams' Harvey.

Steve has had a 40 plus year career in the Wellington Region, starting with eight years local authority work including airport rentals, ground rentals, urban renewal, and compulsory acquisition work.
Steve went in to private practice in 1985 and now provides Wellington Region wide advice for a mixture of clients in commercial, industrial and residential spheres.
Steve has two grown children, lives in a seismically strong apartment and enjoys exercise, reading, history, architecture, travel, fishing, and fast cars.

Paul graduated from Massey University with a Business Degree in 1992 and a Business Diploma in 1997. He joined Morgans Property Advisors as a contractor in 2014 after having his own business for 10 years and as a valuer with Bayleys Real Estate. He became a shareholder in 2016 together with his wife Jane and is now together with Paul van Velthooven, a director in the company.
Paul enjoys sport and is an active golfer and swims and cycling when possible. He enjoys watching and supporting his children’s sporting and cultural activities.
Paul maintains an active involvement with the local valuation institute branch and has a focus on keeping Morgans Property Advisors as the pre-eminent valuation company in the region.

Doyle Valuations, King Country
Guy has worked in Valuation since registering in 2009. In 2017 Guy bought Doyle Valuations and his practice covers the wider King Country area and he continues to foster the pride and continued success in the company motto “Valuing the King Country”.
Guy has also worked as a property valuer for over nine years in Wanganui and Wellington as well as taking time out to experience the Kiwi OE.
He is an active member of the profession and has previously been a Chairman of the Wanganui Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ). An avid sportsman, Guy is married with 3 children and enjoys the King Country lifestyle and now that his rugby days are behind him he enjoys tennis, squash and golf.
Rose is based in Rotorua and has been Secretary to ValGroup for five years. Rose deals with all the day to day ValGroup administrative needs.
